We hold Apple’s highest level of repair certification (AASP+ Apple
Authorized Service Provider Plus) which allows us to perform repairs for
both Warranty and Non-Warranty systems. All of our technicians and systems
engineers are individually certified by Apple to perform all levels of
hardware repairs.
Onsite installation and integration services are our forté, whether it's a
single system or a truckload. We also provide configuration services on new
systems to many of our corporate clientele. This includes configuring a
system with a client provided "image", which reduces the time spent
deploying systems to users.
A natural extension to our onsite services, we provide all levels of
systems maintenance. These services run the gamut from assessing
"bombing/freezing" issues to extensive network planning and deployment.
We offer various levels of onsite service contracts to meet your needs.
Our premium contracts cover all parts and onsite labor for a full network of

As an alternative to being billed for each individual onsite service call, we offer Block Time. This arrangement allows for a pre-purchase of a block of hours [minimum 20] at reduced rates.
